Terms of Service — Northline Mounting Services LLC

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Northline Mounting Services LLC. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

Scope of Service

We provide professional TV mounting services for residential installations, including:

  • Fixed, tilting, and full-motion mounts

  • Fireplace and pull-down mounting systems

  • Installation on drywall, plaster, metal studs, brick, concrete, tile, and stone

  • Soundbar mounting and basic media device setup

  • Cable management and concealment options

Estimates and Pricing

For TVs up to 90", the website calculator provides a final base price based on the selected options.

Prices may change on-site if:

  • Wall type differs from the original selection

  • Mount type or TV size differs

  • Installation conditions were not disclosed

  • Additional work is required

Any price changes are explained and approved before work continues.

For TVs over 90" or complex installations, a custom quote is required.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate job details during booking

  • Ensuring safe and clear access to the installation area

  • Providing the TV and mount unless otherwise agreed

  • Securing pets and removing obstacles from the work area

 

Failure to meet these conditions may result in delays, additional charges, or rescheduling.

Installation Conditions and Limitations

All installations are performed based on visible conditions at the time of service.

Northline Mounting Services LLC is not responsible for:

  • Hidden wiring, pipes, or structural elements inside walls

  • Pre-existing wall weakness or damage

  • Limitations caused by wall material or structure

  • Issues related to previous installations

In-Wall Work and Electrical Limitations

Cable concealment inside the wall may involve limited wall modification.

We do not install new electrical outlets or modify home electrical systems.

All in-wall work is subject to structural limitations and may not be possible in all cases.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the installation.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Credit card

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

Booking, Cancellation, and Access

Appointments are scheduled within a 3-hour arrival window.

Cancellation requires at least 8 hours’ notice.

If the technician cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

Warranty Reference

A 5-year installation guarantee applies to workmanship.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Northline Mounting Services LLC is not liable for:

  • Manufacturer defects in TVs or mounts

  • Structural wall failure

  • Damage caused by external force, misuse, or modifications after installation

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Agreement

By booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
