Booking & Cancellations

This policy explains how appointments, arrival windows, cancellations, and access work for TV mounting services provided by Northline Mounting Services LLC.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled through our website, phone, or text message.

Each appointment is assigned a 3-hour arrival window.

Arrival Window

We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window.

Arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, previous appointments, parking, property access, or installation complexity.

If we are running behind, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require at least 8 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment window.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or text at:

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 8 hours’ notice may have limited rescheduling availability.

Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments.

No Access / No-Show

The customer must provide access to the installation area during the scheduled arrival window.

If we cannot access the property, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

Examples include:

  • No one available to provide access

  • Locked building or gated entry

  • Incorrect address

  • Installation area blocked or unsafe

  • Required TV or mount not available

Customer Preparation

Before arrival, please make sure:

  • The TV is available

  • The mount is available, unless we are providing one

  • The installation wall is accessible

  • Furniture or obstacles are moved when possible

  • Pets are secured

  • Building or HOA access is arranged if needed

Price Changes at Appointment

If additional work is required, we will explain the issue and confirm the updated price before continuing.

No surprise work. No mystery bill.
