This disclaimer explains the limitations of TV mounting services provided by Northline Mounting Services LLC and defines conditions outside our control.

Installation Based on Visible Conditions

All installations are performed based on visible conditions at the time of service.

We do not open walls for full inspection before installation. Hidden conditions may exist that cannot be detected in advance.

Wall Structure and Integrity

We are not responsible for:

Weak or damaged drywall
Improper framing or spacing of studs
Crumbling plaster or aged materials
Structural issues behind the wall surface

The wall must be capable of supporting the TV and mounting hardware.

Hidden Obstacles

We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden elements inside the wall, including:

Electrical wiring
Plumbing
Gas lines
Fire blocks or framing obstacles

Customer-Provided Equipment

If the customer provides the mount or hardware:

We install it as provided
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects
We are not responsible for compatibility issues

TV and Manufacturer Limitations

We are not responsible for:

Defects in the TV
Screen damage not caused during installation
Manufacturer design limitations
Improper use after installation

Fireplace and Specialty Installations

Fireplace and specialty installations depend on wall structure, heat conditions, and material limitations.

Perfect placement or full concealment is not guaranteed.

Post-Installation Changes

We are not responsible for any issues resulting from:

Adjustments or repositioning after installation
Removal and reinstallation by others
Additional devices added later

Environmental and External Factors

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

Impact or physical force
Natural wear or material degradation
Environmental conditions such as heat or moisture
