5-Year Installation Guarantee

Northline Mounting Services LLC provides a 5-year workmanship guarantee on TV mounting installations.

This guarantee covers installation quality—not guesswork, not luck.

What Is Covered

We cover issues directly related to installation, including:

  • TV detachment from the wall

  • Mount failure due to improper installation

  • Hardware failure caused by incorrect installation

 

If the TV becomes loose or falls due to installation error, we will inspect and correct the issue.

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Structural wall failure (drywall, studs, brick, or mounting surface)

  • Damage caused by hidden conditions inside the wall

  • Manufacturer defects in TVs or mounting hardware

  • Customer-provided mounts or hardware failures

  • External force, impact, or misuse

  • Any modifications made after installation

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain coverage:

  • Do not modify or reposition the mount after installation

  • Do not exceed the weight or size limits of the mount

  • Use the TV and mount as intended

Service Process

To request service under this guarantee:

  1. Contact us by phone or text

  2. Provide a brief description of the issue

  3. Send photos if possible

 

We will review the issue and schedule an inspection if needed.

Resolution

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by installation:

  • We will correct the problem at no additional labor cost

If the issue is not related to installation, we will explain the cause and provide available options.
